Q. What happens after I register?
A. We add your information to a description of the device, and wait for any issues.
Q. How will I know if the registration successful?
A. You will receive a email when your information is received.
Q. Why am I not automatically registered?
A. Often times the purchaser isn’t the one using the product regularly. So we avoid any ownership confusion by not automatically registering users.
Q. What if I want to change ownership on an already registered product?
A. Contact us using the serviceable issue link and we would be glad to walk you through the process.
Q. What do I do if the device is lost or stolen?
A. Simply report the status using any of the appropriate links below and we will let you know if we are notified that it has been recovered and establish a recovery plan for you.
Q. How successful is recovery?
A. Lujo Concepts cannot guarantee the recovery of a lost or stolen product. The time this takes is heavily dependent on the person that reported the recovery. A follow up with the person whose reported a recovered device will be conducted in a timely manner. However this is limited to a manual process to verify the legitimacy of the claim.
Q. How secure is my information?
A. When you fill out forums, shop or browse on LujoConcepts.com you are protected by industry standard 256bit SSL encryption. Sentinel’s registration information is not stored within our online shop also we do not provide your information to outside parties (such as a person trying to help us in recovering a device) on registered devices without express written permission from you, the owner, after verification of your identity.
Q. How does registering effect my warranty?
A. It doesn’t. It just enhances your ownership!
Q. Can I still report a missing product even though I never registered?
A. Yes! Thats one of the great things about the Sentinel. After you pass an extended verification of ownership upon recovering we will gladly reunite you and your device. Until then we just keep your information in a holding stage.
Our warranty covers any manufacturer defects throughout the life of the product.
Cosmetic defects are not covered as part of the warranty. Unless the defect is a result of manufacturing.
All warranty claims will be handled in as quick and effective way possible. With all warranty claims at the sole discretion of Lujo Concepts Sentinel program.
